Evaluate and plan training needs / Leadership development.
设计岗位职能，科学配置资源提升效率。
Create job titles, scientifically allocate resources at the right places to improve efficiency and increase productivity.
帮助各部门设计和优化人员岗位职责，以实现岗位职责的合理性和不同岗位的更优配合。
Help each department to design and optimize job responsibilities, attain the rationality of job responsibilities and the better coordination of different positions.
负责继任人计划，确保公司的正常运营。
Succession planning project, assure smooth operation of company.
设计并实施员工培训与发展项目，促进员工发展以满足公司的人才需求。
Establish and implement Employee Training and Development Project, impulse employee development to meet company’s requirement.
甄选、培养关键岗位后备人选，制定核心员工个人发展计划。
Screen and cultivate key positions’ backup, and build up individual development plan for key persons.
HR经理安排的其他任务。

Requirement:
人力资源管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
University degree and above, HRM related major.
从事3年以上人力资源管理工作经验。
3 years HR working experience at least.
了解汇报关系及设置原因。
Understand reporting line and why certain people should report to other people.
根据公司战略需求，了解部门最优规模以及最优配置。
Understand the best size and fit for a department in line with the strategy.
了解汽车公司的运作流程及相应规定。
Understand the operation procedure and regulation in auto company.
熟悉组织结构设计及优化等方面知识。
Understand the organization structure design and optimization knowledge.
熟悉人事各模块的基本事项和原则。
Familiar with basic HR affairs and principle.
