Develop, maintain and evolve end-to-end IT solution for e-Commerce business by working internal/external IT partners? Proactively learn the industry leading solutions & IT trend in eCom, BI & Data Analytics area and apply to future initiatives and leads 任职资格:PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCEThe required functional skills are defined and should be used for the evaluation of candidates for this role:? Bachelor degree or above from Computer Science, Software Engineering, e-Commerce or similar discipline? 5+ years’ working experience in IT and/or data analytics area? 3+ years’ experienced in business intelligence and/or data warehouse area? Savvy with Data Warehouse (ETL, MS SQL, Oracle, and SAP BW…) and data visualization tools (e.g. SAP Business Object, Tableau, Power BI…)? Proven successful experience of one or more full-cycle business intelligence and data warehouse projects? Mastery of major statistics modelling and algorithms (such as cluster analysis, classification analysis, regression analysis, time series analysis, etc…)? Knowledge of Big Data, Hadoop, Hive, Python is a big plus? Business knowledge of FMCG, sales & marketing, e-Commerce is a plus? Programming skill (such as java, jsp…) for e-Commerce system development is a plus.? Understanding of infrastructure, network, security, operation system and SLA’s.? Good vendor management experience to achieve win-win partnership? Project management skills in waterfall and/or agile model? Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written & verbal.?
