招聘对象： 社会人才
1) 整理和汉译英笔译人才寻访报告，收集人才信息，逐渐熟悉猎头服务工作；
2) 协助咨询顾问进行人才推荐报告的整理、翻译；
3) 根据客户提供的职位， 通过各种方法寻找适合该职位的候选人；
4) 与潜在候选人沟通，分析其与客户职位的匹配度，并对候选人进行基本筛选；
5) 对基本符合条件的候选人进行电话面试甄选，并推荐给顾问。
职位要求：
1) 机械、电气自动化、材料工科背景本科以上学历，大学英语4级以上。
2) 能够熟练地操作计算机，常用办公软件如word、excel等；
3) 性格温和，愿意做仔细的书面工作，做事条理清晰，对人热情；
4) 对重工业工艺技术、机械电气有兴趣，能承受一定的工作压力，处事主动。5）有外资企业的招聘经验优先考虑。
薪资待遇：底薪（任务）+提成+保险公积金+奖金
