1、每天收集各大招投标信息网站的更新内容,及时发现与本公司相匹配的招标公告并与上级及时沟通;
2、认真阅读理解招投标文件要求,根据招投标要求,收集制作招投标文件需要的技术和商务资料;
3、跟进、提交投标项目进度,确定中标信息;
4、根据招投标和项目需要做好与招标单位相关人员的沟通工作;
5、对公司各个项目进行备案登记及管理相应的项目信息;
6、完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、大专及以上学历,5年以上国家电网、石油石化行业招投标经验,2年以上管理经验。
2、熟悉招投标流程,熟练标书制作与评审,熟悉相关法律法规。
