2. 对于所辖区域内超过三个月未订货客户进行电话拜访,了解其未订货原因,提供线索给相关辖区销售。并跟进相关业务情况,帮助销售赢得业务机会。
3. 定期对所辖区域内的瓶装气体按照RT料号,进行盘点,致电客户催促其尽快回空气瓶,并对久未定此产品的客户进行询问,了解原因,反馈给中国区资产经理以及辖区相关负责销售工程师。
4. 在气瓶核对过程中,发掘客户潜在的问题,对其应付款、合同事宜以及其他商务问题进行核查,及时将问题反馈给中国区资产经理及所辖区域内销售主管。
5. 在气瓶核对过程中,如和客户出现结果不一致客户,需主动联系调度和工厂人员找寻相应送货单,并积极联系所辖销售工程师了解此客户相关情况,直至将账目对清。并协调销售部门联系Holding Adjustment Team更改系统中气瓶数量信息。
6. 若出现账目不清状况,在再三查询无果的情况下,进行相应固定资产处置。
7. 完成资产经理和区域内销售主管交给的其他的工作

4. Explore the problem in the process of checking, including the AR status, contract, and other business issues. Provide the findings to Asset Manager and Sales Supervisor.

此为一轮班岗位,负责L400现场的日常运作,其主要职责为从事轮班生产以确保氮气及液氮产品的供应能按生产计划执行,同时完成工厂仪表、电气等基础维修,确保其所在当班班组工作现场的安全,有效及可靠运行,执行日常的安全检查及基本的例行检查工作,协助维修部门的工程师实施预防性维修工作及生产主管或经理所安排的其它工作。
主要工作职责:
1. Learn and implement safety procedures, standards and relevant procedures and policies of AP and local government, manage the day-to-day safety issues of the plant including safety standard supporting, organizing safety meeting, performing safety audits issuing, work permits, BSP/SIP plan implement, ITS input, carrying our all the process safety tasks of the plant, etc.

2. Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the basic instrument\electric maintenance job the daily operation of the ASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer loading, routine equipments inspection, PM02 etc., ensure the plant run safely and efficiently, record daily production process data and report, and execute daily/monthly routine job, actively participate in TAR/Outages/Start-ups
与其它操作员及工程师密切配合完成工厂仪表、电气的基本维修工作,进行日常工艺过程的调整,管道输送系统的检查,产品质量的控制,槽车的充装以及例行设备巡查等以确保工厂安全及有效的运行,记录日常生产工艺参数数据及报告,执行日常/月度的例行工作, 积极参与工厂大修,停电及起厂
3. Require to focus on activities and or roles, such as Best Practice coordinator, SWIM coordinator, Write MOCs, SWIMs, JSAs, downtime report, monthly report, production report, responsible for plant reliability management, productivity optimize, Knowledgeable in EH&S procedure, best practice implementation / participation, SAP/CM system implement and compliancy.

资历及背景经验:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Instrument Engineering and automation specialty preferred, or other appreciated engineering.

岗位职责:
POSITION SUMMARY
The individual’s primary focus is to support operational analysis requests primarily in North China, but potentially in other geographies as necessary. This position is expected to be a key interface between the Commercial team and various regional Business Managers and APCI support groups such as GEM, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting.
The incumbent is expected to work closely with the commercial team in the development of strategic initiatives and to provide ongoing operational analysis support in support of the management of existing assets in the region.
This position requires a broad range of competencies including both strong interpersonal skills (teamwork, communication, planning & organizing, leading and influencing) and technical skills (financial analysis skills, accounting knowledge, computer modeling, problem solving).
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Performs financial analysis of China sub region related on-going operational work including but not limited to monthly & quarterly closing, annual budget, capital forecast, project make good, and other ad hoc requests.
2.Prepares financial analysis in support of capital expenditure authorization requests or productivity initiatives for management review and approval and coordinates input/review with relevant functions for existing assets projects.
3.Any other ad hoc financial analysis duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1.University degree in Finance/Business/Economics/Engineering, a good MBA is an asset
2.Minimum 3-6 years progressive industry experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably inclusive of previous exposure to the application of financial modeling techniques to perform cash flow analysis for investment projects.
3.Strong conceptual and analytical skills and ability to think strategically about operational initiatives and business plans. Must have strong commercial sense. Previous knowledge of industrial gas business various supply modes are preferred.
4.Excellent initiative, ability to work independently with limited supervision and flexibility to adapt quickly in a multi-functional team environment

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has an immediate opening for a Process Engineer in the Process Data Technologies team based on Zhangjiang Park Office at Shanghai. We're looking for a talented engineer with an interest in various aspects of data collection, analysis, control, optimization and modeling. Successful candidate will use their skills to leverage process data as a means of supporting and driving productivity programs for our differentiated businesses and global operations.
Specific activities will focus on the areas of productivity projects with real-time supports to operating facilities in Asia and mathematical modeling of process data using control/optimization, time series analysis and other data driven technologies. You will be involved in technology development programs from concept initiation through commercialization and long term maintenance and support, working in the Process Data Technology team, in collaboration with site operations, and business teams around the world with focus in Asia sites. You must be able to develop a credible business case to support ideas for new data driven technology programs, and to participate effectively on or lead implementation the multi-disciplinary teams that will develop and execute these ideas.
The Process Data Technologies, which is focused on applied research, is part of our technology organization. This job requires 10-30% travel to operating facilities in Asia, and support potential career paths in R&D, operations, business or engineering, depending on personal interests.
Qualifications:
? Operations Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience with practical applications of operating facilities with a focus on productivity and/or data analysis applications
? Data Systems: Should be familiar with methods of extracting data from DCS, IP21, and other plant operational data to support real-time systems
? Education: BS/MS/PhD in Chemical Engineering, specializing in one or more of the following: control, process modeling, applied statistics, or financial modeling
? Software: Experience with Matlab and related toolboxes is a plus
? Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of the following is preferred: AspenTech products, system identification, signal processing, optimization, real-time software design/application, energy price modeling.
? Ability to effectively contribute to multi-disciplinary project teams
